Refund Eligibility and Renewal Policy
All subscriptions offered by Reflexion are subject to automatic renewal at the conclusion of each applicable billing term unless the subscriber elects to cancel the subscription in advance. Subscribers are solely responsible for managing and effectuating cancellation of their subscription 1) where the subscription is a Reflexion GO subscription through the Reflexion account portal, accessible at go.reflexion.us/billing or 2) where the subscription is a Reflexion EDGE subscription by emailing [email protected] within the applicable window.
Refund requests pertaining to renewal charges shall be considered only within a limited and defined period following the date of such renewal. Specifically, monthly subscribers shall be eligible to request a refund within forty-eight (48) hours of the renewal transaction, and annual subscribers shall be eligible to request a refund within seventy-two (72) hours of the renewal transaction.
Refunds, when granted, shall be limited exclusively to the most recent renewal charge and shall not apply to any prior billing periods, partial terms, or instances of non-usage of the service. Refund requests submitted outside the applicable eligibility window shall not be honored under any circumstance. Failure to timely request cancellation or refund within the prescribed period shall constitute the subscriber’s acknowledgment and acceptance of the renewal charge in full.
